Necolby Burt is from Asheville N.C. and has been in education for sixteen years. Ms. Burt taught Kindergarten in Durham Public Schools for seven years. Necolby came to ACS as a 2nd grade teacher( 2years). Ms. Burt is back in Kindergarten and loving it!

Ms. Burt is very passionate about teaching and helping all students reach their full potential. Necolby is a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University, with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences/ Child

Development/ Family Relations (2009) and a B.A. in Elementary Education K-6 (2017).
When Ms. Burt is not spending time with her daughters, Kamdyn and Kylie, she is reading, listening to music and surfing Pinterest for craft ideas.
